DIRECTIONS FOR
USE |
|
Using
one 2-Oz. packet of Stera-Sheen green label in 2-gallons
of water gives 100 p.p.m. available Chlorine and
will efficiently act as a sinitizer against E.Coli &
S.Aureus within 30 seconds. |
|
|
|
It
is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a
manner that is inconsistent with labeling |
|

1-
take hopper cover, gasket & mix feed devices to sink
for cleaning. |
|
2-
Place control switch in wash position. Drain all product
into sanitized rerun container, if local Health codes
permit. |
|
3-
Place 2-gallons of cool rinse water into the hopper.
Brush clean hopper and inlet hole. |
|
4-
Place control switch in wash position and agitate for 2
minutes. Drain rinse water. Switch to "off" position.
Repeat rinsing procedure until water is clear.

5-
Dissolve one 2-Oz. packet Stera-Sheen Green label, in
2-gallons of warm water. Pour the solution in hopper.
Brush clean hopper and inlet hole. |

6-
Place control; switch in "Wash" position to
agitate for 5-minutes. Drain all solution. Switch to
"Off" position. |
|
7-
Remove all freezing cylinder parts & door. Brush
clean all disassembled parts in sanitizing solution
& allow to air dry. |
|
8-
Repeat procedure for each additional freezing
cylinders. |

Assemble,

1-
Assemble and lubricate all disassembled parts to
maunfacturer's instructions. |

2-
Dissolve one 2-Oz packet Stera-Sheen Green label in
2-gallons of warm water. |
|
3-
Pour 2-gallons of sanitizing solution into hopper. As
solution enters the cylinder, brush clean hopper
& inlet hole. |
|
4-
Turn control Switch on to agitate for 5-minutes. Drain
all sanitizing solution. Switch to "Off"
position. |
|
5-
Pour specified amount of fresh mix into
hopper |
|
Container
disposal: Completely empty packet and dispose of empty
packet in a sanitary landfill. |

Keep
out of reach of children |
